Join a well-established MSP as a 1st Line IT Support Technician.

THE 1ST LINE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
Overall, you will be providing 1st Line support to a wide variety of customers in a fast-moving and dynamic team. This includes:

– Promptly responding to inbound support calls and emails
– Logging incidents accurately and determine urgency
– Resolve the customer’s issue where possible and escalate if necessary
– Keep clients regularly updated

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Previous IT support experience
– IT qualifications desirable
– Must have a car and driving license
– Excellent telephone manner and good written communication

SALARY & BENEFITS AS 1ST LINE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN:

– £22,000 – £26,000, dependent on experience
