A talented IT genius is required to work as a 1st Line Support Technician in a Plymouth based MSP. They work across multiple sectors including education.

THE ROLE:

– 60% of your time is spent in the office providing remote support, and 40% of your time is spent on-site visiting customers. You’ll go as far as Exeter and Cornwall.
– Beyond the usual 1st Line Support, the company has a strong emphasis on cyber security

Career progression is available, and the company will invest in your training and education.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Previous IT support experience
– Knowledge of computer networks, servers and Office 365
– Car owner and driver
– Great communication and customer service skills
– Good sense of humour
– Able to gain an enhanced DBS check
– Currently local to Plymouth.
