The Department of Food Science is seeking applications for a 18 months Post doc position. The position includes scientific as well as teaching duties at the Department of Food Science. The post doc will work in a consortium with many industrial and academic partners. The position includes i) optimization of biorefinery strategies in collaboration with engineers and industrial partners, ii) quantification of antinutrients and pigments, protein chemical evaluation, and test of functional properties and implementation into food applications.The candidate is expected to
