Are you an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carer looking for a rewarding temporary/permanent/contract role in Enfield? This role offers competitive rates of £16.00 – £20.00, ongoing training, and the chance to make a real difference.

We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, to provide essential care and support to children and adults in the comfort of their home environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide continuous 1:1 overnight care and monitoring Manage and monitor BiPAP ventilation Correct mask fitting Monitoring pressures and alarms Escalation in case of respiratory distress Administer and titrate oxygen therapy as prescribed Deliver feeds and medications via gastrostomy (PEG/button) Safely prepare and administer prescribed medications Perform regular clinical observations (respiratory rate, oxygen saturations, heart rate, temperature) Suctioning (if required and trained) Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Escalate concerns promptly according to care plan and clinical protocols Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and report faults immediately Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled care environment Provide reassurance and support to family members as appropriate Key Job Requirements Minimum 6-12 months’ recent experience in paediatric complex care Demonstrable hands-on experience with: BiPAP / non-invasive ventilation in infants Oxygen therapy management Gastrostomy feeding Medication administration in paediatric settings Ability to work independently during night shifts Strong understanding of safeguarding principles Excellent observation and documentation skills Right to work in the UK Desirable Skills Tracheostomy care experience (if applicable) Paediatric first aid certification Relevant NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience working in a home-care setting Benefits of Working for Coyle Homecare Competitive pay rates of £16.00-£20.00 Flexible working hours, with shifts available during the day and night, from Monday to Sunday Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive and dedicated consultant available to assist you throughout your employment Referral bonus for recommending qualified healthcare professionals to join Coyle Homecare Access to online payslips and seamless payroll process On-site parking where applicable
