The Role- 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEN schools based in Ickenham on a long-term, full-time basis. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a student with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning activities and build positive relationships with staff and peers. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised support strategies and behaviour plans. A minimum of 1 academic year of SEN experience and an enhanced DBS on the update service is required for this role.

The School- 1:1 Teaching Assistant
The school is a specialist SEN school based in Ickenham catering for students aged 7-19 years old with ASD, SEMH and complex needs. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment with a strong focus on student wellbeing, development and independence, alongside regular CPD and training opportunities for staff.
