1:1 Teaching Assistant – Early Years – Liverpool (L4)

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child in a welcoming primary school in Kirkby, Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a young learner’s life!

About the Role

This full-time position offers an immediate start and is initially until December 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role involves providing tailored support to a child with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering individualised learning support.
* Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff.
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications and Experience

* Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
* Proven experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
* A passion for working with young children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
