1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Hounslow Immediate Start

Are you passionate about making a real difference to a child’s life?

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a supportive school in Hounslow . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support and help a young learner thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs Assist with learning activities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging Support with emotional regulation and behaviour where required Build a strong, trusting relationship to support confidence and progress Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with SEN (e.g. Autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties) Is patient, calm, and nurturing in their approach Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support Is proactive, reliable, and committed Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
