Randstad Education is partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Warrington to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant committed to making a positive impact. Join a supportive school community where your enthusiasm and skills can truly make a difference. You will be working in the Reception class but also supporting pupils with additional needs including Global delay and those with speech and language difficulties. This is a rewarding role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Work alongside the classroom teacher to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
* Assist in planning and organising creative activities that spark curiosity and learning
* Ensure appropriate classroom ratios to maintain a positive learning environment
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for children’s growth
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff
* Monitor and report on student progress to encourage continuous development

What You’ll Need

* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience in a primary school setting
* Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
