Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR executives. Policy and Procedure Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees. HR Projects Coordination: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications
