Randstad Education is working with a primary school in Liverpool (L7) to recruit a dedicated and empathetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with special needs from age 1-6 years. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Education Needs.
* Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students.
* Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery.
* Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
* UK school experience is essential to be considered for this role.
