Location: Harlow
Pay: £84 – £94 per day, paid weekly every FridayAre you ready to make a real difference in a child’s life? We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a wonderful Year 1 child with additional needs in a vibrant primary school in Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity to start ASAP and continue through to the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent contract at the end!What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with a child in Year 1, offering tailored support throughout the school day
• Helping them with classwork, from reading and writing to hands-on activities
• Supporting their emotional and social development, helping them feel confident and included
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to follow learning plans designed just for them
• Encouraging independence, creativity, and a love for learning! ✨

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children grow
• Experience with children or SEND within the last 3 years
• A caring, patient, and fun person who can engage and motivate the child
• A team player who works well with teachers, parents, and the whole school community
