• provide tailored assistance, clarifying concepts and addressing specific student challenges.
• foster rapport, boosting student comfort and encouraging help-seeking behaviour.
• pinpoint and resolve student struggles, ensuring no one is left behind.
• offer detailed feedback, guiding student improvement and growth.
• mentor on study skills, time management, and career advice.
• adapt approaches to meet diverse learning needs, promoting inclusivity
