We deliver short term, personalised learning programmes nationally – a combination of direct home tutoring and online learning for pupils from ages 5 -19.At Horizon Care and Education, our teachers are supported by our Director of Curriculum, Headteachers, SENCos, Operational Directors and the Managing Director of Education Services as well as our extensive therapeutic team.Bright Futures, Inspired By You.If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and enabling them to shape their own future, then we want you to be part of our teamMinimum requirements:

• QTS or QTLS Qualifications
• Have proven teaching and learning experience.
• Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have the energy, passion, and drive to create exciting and engaging lessons for our pupils
• Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills.
• Ideally have experience and a passion for working with students with SEN/SEMH in a 1-1 or small group setting

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in educational and social development of students.
• Working with children with SEN and/or children who have struggled in a school environment.
• Deliver 1:1 or small group lessons in a variety of non school settings
• Supporting children with learning and education based on their individual needs.
• You will need to drive and have access to a vehicle for work as our students are taught either at their own home or in a community-based setting
