This innovative specialist school is currently seeking a 1:1 TA to join there award winning team. Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient, and committed to making learning accessible to children with severe and complex SEN Needs. Including Non verbal and SEMH needs. The school in question is award-winning, rated ofsted outstanding and has a long waiting list due to its popularity in the local county. You would join a committed team and would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant, and practical curriculum that meets the needs of the children’s individual needs. This is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed.
This role is needed on a full-time, permanent basis. It is a term-time only role and you would be required to work Monday- Friday 08:30-4:30pm.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
Supporting a SEN learner on a 1:1 basis
Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
