* Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies together with the regional teams.
* Support the expansion of the C-Arm business across assigned international markets, identifying opportunities for increased market penetration and product adoption.
* Provide regular market intelligence, business insights, sales forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
* Support marketing and commercial initiatives, including workshops, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
* Work closely with regional teams to translate global product and commercial strategies into effective local execution.

Sales & Revenue Growth

* Partner with regional sales organizations and business partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
* Support the full sales cycle where required, from lead generation and opportunity development through product demonstrations, customer evaluations, negotiations, and post-sale follow-up.
* Act as a key commercial resource for regional sales teams, helping develop opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
* Drive achievement of sales targets for C-Arm systems, accessories, and related solutions across the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and other commercial stakeholders.

Product & Clinical Expertise

* Act as a subject matter expert for C-Arm systems, including product features, applications, clinical workflows, and competitive positioning.
* Deliver product presentations and clinical demonstrations to surgeons, radiologists, hospital management, and other healthcare professionals.
* Provide product training and presentations to internal teams and channel partners.
* Collaborate with product management, application specialists, and other technical experts during customer trials, evaluations, installations, and product launches.
* Stay current on C-Arm technology, market developments, competitor offerings, and evolving clinical requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Service, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure effective execution throughout the commercial process.
* Support the appropriate allocation, distribution, and management of demo units across the international region, maintaining healthy demo inventory levels.
* Ensure effective communication between global and regional teams and facilitate the transfer of product, market, and customer knowledge.
* Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and ethical sales standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent business qualification would be an advantage.
* Strong commercial and/or marketing experience within radiology or medical imaging capital equipment.
* Experience specifically with C-Arm systems, with a strong understanding of C-Arm technology, applications, and interventional imaging workflows.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex medical technology environment.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, hospital decision-makers, distributors, and senior commercial stakeholders.
* Previous people management experience is preferred.
* Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with a strong hands-on approach to commercial execution.
* Strong analytical and CRM capabilities, with the ability to use market and sales data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
