Job Title: Lead AI Software Engineer – Lead IA Engineer

Location: Paris or Sophia-Antipolis, France

Our client are a semiconductor company specialising in System-on-Chip (SoC) and chiplets

Key Responsibilities

-Design and deploy on-premise/cloud AI solutions, turning PoCs into robust, production-ready products.
-Drive software architecture decisions and write production-quality code.
-Develop AI/ML features for EDA tools and SoC design automation.
-Apply graph algorithms, optimization, and constraint solving to SoC challenges.
-Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineering teams in best practices.
Qualifications

-5+ years of software development experience.
-Strong proficiency in C++, Python, or similar languages.
-Solid knowledge of software architecture, algorithms, data structures, and OOP.
-Experience in AI/ML, optimization, cloud environments, or distributed systems.
-Excellent analytical and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
-Fluent English
Desirable:

-Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, alongside model optimization frameworks (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, TVM, or OpenVINO)
-Exposure to EDA tooling, hardware description languages (SystemC, Verilog)
-Hands-on experience with SAT/SMT solvers, or optimization libraries
-Familiarity with graph algorithms and libraries
