Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Country Hotel – Ireland
Salary: Up to A‚¬95,000 + Bonus
Location: Ireland
I am recruiting a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join this luxury country hotel and resort located in Ireland. My client is recruiting for an F&B Manager who is passionate, driven with an eye for detail. As F&B Manager you will be overseeing the F&B outlets along with training and developing the heads of department.

About the position
* Responsible for the smooth running of all the F&B outlets along with the private events
* Manage and train staff to the highest level
* Develop new concepts
* Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
* Assume responsibility of the operations and financial results
* Reporting into the Regional Director
The successful candidate
* Experience working in a similar luxury hotel or resort
* A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
* A high level of customer service
* Experience with VIP guests
* Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
* Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
* Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
