The role

-Provides consultative HR support within a global operating model.
-Acts as an associate business partner to business leaders and People Partners.
-Applies solid generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle, combining operational delivery with the ability to advise, coach and guide stakeholders.
-Build effective partnerships with the business, and People Partners
-Translate business needs into clear, practical HR solutions that improve performance and colleague experience.
-Ensure consistency, efficiency and alignment to standard processes
What you bring

-Experience working in global HR environments, in a shared services or centralised delivery model.
-Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
-Solid grounding in HR generalist work throughout the employee lifecycle
-Demonstrated ability to operate as a consultative HR professional, advising and working with a variety of stakeholders
-Experience supporting multiple countries or regions.
-Solid employee relations knowledge, with ability to manage cases with appropriate guidance and escalation
-Good understanding of core HR processes including performance, reward, recruitment and organisational change
-Ability to manage competing priorities across a global, busy environment
-Digitally confident. Able to use HR systems and data to support delivery and insight
-Ability to communicate persuasively and contribute useful, constructive ideas. Capable of earning credibility and offering constructive input

-Experience supporting Northern Europe is advantageous.
