We are seeking a skilled and attentive Room Service Waiter to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences at our renowned 5-star property. In this role, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally
* Set up and present in-room dining with meticulous attention to detail
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and provide recommendations
* Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with warmth and efficiency
* Ensure all service equipment, trays, and presentation meet luxury standards
* Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and room service teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in room service or fine dining
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus
* Physical ability to carry trays and service equipment
