Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Line Manager – Service to define and drive the global strategy for a service portfolio within the medical imaging sector. The role focuses on building customer-centric service solutions, improving installed-base performance, and maximizing revenue, margin, and customer retention.
You will own the service roadmap, lead go-to-market execution for new offerings, and ensure continuous optimization of the service portfolio across global and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the global service strategy and roadmap.
* Own the full lifecycle of service offerings (launch, growth, optimization, discontinuation).
* Increase service penetration, attachment rates, and profitability across the installed base.
* Develop business cases for new services and ensure financial viability (revenue, margin, ROI).
* Drive service pricing strategy and support global pricing governance.
* Translate Voice of Customer insights into new service opportunities and value propositions.
* Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Marketing to develop and launch new offerings.
* Ensure alignment between service portfolio and product roadmaps.
* Support regional teams with go-to-market execution and local adaptation.
* Improve adoption of digital, software, and advanced service solutions (e.g., upgrades, AI, refresh programs).
* Maintain tools, systems, and service portfolio data consistency across platforms.
* Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to improve conversion and customer retention.
Requirements
Must-have
* 5+ years of experience in Product/Service Management, Product Line Management, or Solution Management.
* Strong experience in service or aftermarket business models (ideally in medical imaging or medical devices).
* Proven track record in go-to-market, offering creation, and product/service lifecycle management.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding, margin optimization).
* Experience working in international or global organizations.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and regional teams.
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
* Experience in installed-base business and recurring revenue models.
* Background in healthcare technology or imaging systems (CT, DR, C-Arm, etc.).
* Experience launching software, digital, or AI-enabled services.
* Customer-facing or sales-support experience.
