Junior Electronics Engineer

Location: Surrey Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Reed Engineering are currently supporting a leading electronics manufacturer in the Surrey area who are looking to recruit a Junior Electronics Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle in a supportive and innovative environment.

The Role
Support schematic capture and PCB layout , taking designs from concept through to production Contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle Work closely with senior engineers to develop your technical skillset Carry out testing and debugging of hardware and embedded systems Assist in the design and development of embedded firmware
About You
Degree or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar Understanding of basic electronics design and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters etc.) Exposure to microcontrollers (e.g. PIC, ESP, Nordic or similar) Familiarity with Arduino or similar development environments Knowledge of embedded C programming Motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a hands-on engineering environment
