Job Title: Executive chef – New Luxury Italian Restaurant Concept
Salary: A‚¬6,000 gross per annum + 8% holiday allowance
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
An exciting new high-end Italian dining concept set to launch in Amsterdam is currently searching for an exceptional Executive Chef to join the project from the development stage.
The concept will focus on elevated hospitality, premium ingredients, elegant presentation, and vibrant high-volume service within a luxury dining environment.
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in internationally positioned luxury hospitality concepts. The ideal profile comes from high-end, high-volume restaurant environments with a strong focus on service, atmosphere, consistency, and modern luxury dining.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading the culinary vision and menu development of the concept
* Building, training, and managing the kitchen team
* Creating and maintaining operational structure, consistency, and quality standards
* Overseeing food cost, purchasing, supplier relationships, and kitchen administration
* Delivering high-level execution during high-volume luxury service
* Working closely with ownership and executive leadership on the overall guest experience and concept development
* Ensuring a strong culture of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork within the kitchen
The Ideal Candidate
* Operationally very strong
* Proven experience in premium Italian dining
* Experienced in running high-volume luxury service
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Modern and elegant culinary style
* International mindset with strong hospitality DNA
