Job Title: Finance Manager
Salary: Around A‚¬96.000 gross per annum + bonus

For our client, a leading global provider of catering and hospitality services to the aviation industry, we are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for the Dutch operations and oversee an international shared service center. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams, driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring strong financial control.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop local and international finance teams
* Act as a finance business partner, driving performance and supporting commercial decisions
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and insights
* Build business cases (tenders, CapEx, investments) and drive cost optimization
* Ensure compliance, audits, and strong internal controls
* Improve processes, cash flow, and financial data quality
About You
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or professional qualification is a plus)
* 8+ years’ experience in controlling or finance business partnering
* Experience in multinational, operational environments
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset
* Proven team management and stakeholder influencing skills
* Fluency in English and Dutch (required)
* You have lived in the Netherlands at least for the past 8 years
