Account Manager – Surrey
We are currently working on behalf of a successful European organisation looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to be based at one of their key clients in Surrey.
Responsibilities Responsible, and accountable, for day to day management of the client relationship and business. Provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis management experience, process and project management skills, and reporting. Manage and oversee the complete process from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time. Assist clients through each step of a campaign. Qualifications Proven work experience within the Print Arena (POS, DM or General Print) with strong technical knowledge. Strong technical knowledge to assist clients through campaign stages. Resident in the United Kingdom.
