Key Responsibilities:
As an Adult Clinical Lead with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex care packages Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans Support the setup and mobilisation of new care packages Ensure safe delivery of care for clients with complex needs (including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injury, and brain injury) Provide clinical supervision and guidance to care staff Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and care reviews Work closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal governance processes Support incident management, safeguarding, and risk assessments Contribute to service development and continuous improvement Role Requirements:
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RN Adult) or equivalent clinical qualification Strong experience in complex care settings Experience with tracheostomy and ventilation care Background in spinal injury, brain injury, or neurological care Experience in care planning, assessments, and package mobilisation Strong leadership and communication skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable Skills:
