Description Overview

Perrigo have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join the team in Warsaw. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management of activities across our locations in Poland and the Baltic region, currently comprising approximately 280 employees, including Business Shared Services Centre, sales, and managerial staff. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing professional guidance and support to leaders and employees on all people- and organisational-related matters.

The role requires a proactive, forward-looking approach to HR and the successful individual will be comfortable operating within a Global HR team structure, partnering also with a our centralised HR People Solutions team.

Your role as a trusted business partner to regional leadership teams will focus on driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR excellence, while ensuring full compliance with local labour laws and market practices.

Scope of the Role

Business Partnering & Strategy:

-Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing coaching and guidance on organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
-Support and lead change management initiatives and organizational development processes.
-Drive the implementation of global HR initiatives at the local level, supporting leadership in building high-performing and engaged teams.
-Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, exit interviews, and employee documentation.
-Lead and manage all employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and investigations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
-Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel where required.
-Ensure full compliance with local labour laws across all countries within scope.
 

HR Responsibility for Business Services Team  – Shared Services Center(SSC)

-Provide dedicated HR business partnering support to SSC/shared services functions, ensuring alignment with operational and broader business needs.
-Partner with SSC leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational efficiency.
-Support high-volume, fast-paced recruitment processes typical of SSC environments.
-Drive the standardization and optimization of HR processes in line with the SSC operating model, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and SLA-driven delivery.
-Monitor and enhance key HR operational KPIs (e.g., attrition, time-to-hire, and process efficiency) within the SSC population.
-Support the management of high employee turnover environments through targeted retention and engagement initiatives.
-Collaborate with global HR teams and Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to ensure process harmonization and continuous improvement.
-Support SSC transformation initiatives (e.g., centralization, transitions, process migrations, and TSAs) from an HR perspective.
-Ensure high-quality delivery of HR operations, including payroll inputs, employee data management, and lifecycle processes, in collaboration with shared services and external providers.
-Advise leaders on managing large operational teams, including performance management and employee engagement in an SSC context.

Experience Required
-Experienced HR Business Partnering within a Global organisation required
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (required)
-Experience in a multi-country / international environment (CEE / Baltics/ Shared Service Centre preferred)
-Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations.
-Strong knowledge of Polish and Baltic labour law required
-Exceptional Business partnering and stakeholder management required.
-Organizational development and change management experience required.
-You are naturally curious and agile by nature 
-Ability to cooperate with internal and external legal counsel 
-High level of confidentiality and integrity.
-Strong communication skills (Polish & English required)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
