Description Overview

The Global Business Analytics Manager for Women’s Health and Digestive Health (Fixed Term contract-3months) is responsible for enabling data driven decision making across the global organization by delivering high quality business reporting, market insights, and strategic analyses.  

The Women’s Health business has a multi-brand portfolio in both US and the EU.  The Digestive Health business is primarily a store brand business in the US with a small business in the EU but the team is looking at whitespace within and outside where we play today. 

This role partners closely with global and local stakeholders to interpret market performance, evaluate growth opportunities, and inform portfolio expansion strategies. By leading global analytical plans and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, the role supports business planning cycles, identifies whitespace and opportunity areas, and helps shape strategies that drive sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Scope of the Role

Monthly Business Reporting — Prepare accurate and insightful monthly business sales and share reports across the different markets.  Connecting with local markets to understand key drivers of results.

White Space Analyses – Help the Women’s Health & Digestive health teams understand new markets for expansion of the portfolio in to core and adjacency areas

Market Growth Analyses – Be a resource for helping refine market growth or decline assumptions for key business planning cycles.

Lead Global Analysis Plan – Build global analysis plan based on the team’s business questions such as top forms, flavors, molecules/ingredients, competitive deep dives, etc.

Opportunity Analyses – Mine data to identify business opportunities across key markets and key business drivers.

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field a plus.

 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, market measurement, or data strategy within a medium to large, complex organization.

Strong partnership experience with Marketing, Sales, IT, Digital, and Finance teams.

Strong collaboration skills to connect with many countries to understand context and drivers to the business reporting

Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and drive change through data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and precision
