Are you an innovative Recruiter who enjoys the full recruitment life cycle of hiring top, game-changing talent? Do you leverage pro-active sourcing skills to attract passive talent as well as active jobseekers? Do you partner with Hiring Managers to educate on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Discovery Recruitment Partner to join our enthusiastic team based in Copenhagen on a fixed term basis. The role is within our GTM, (Co to Market) and Corporate Teams covering a wide range of positions from Sales through Consulting to Corporate Functions.

What you’ll do

•    Enable business growth by delivering top talent across the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland)
•    Own and drive end-to-end recruiting processes from headcount approval to onboarding
•    Partner with local and international hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
•    Execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in competitive markets
•    Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with time, quality, and candidate experience expectations
•    Lead and coordinate complex, multi-country recruitment campaigns
•    Leverage data and market insights to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and impact

What you bring

•    Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally within the high-tech or international business environment
•    Strong expertise in sourcing, including advanced search techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn
•    Ability to assess talent through structured and behavioral interviewing techniques
•    Experience managing complex hiring processes across multiple stakeholders and geographies
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across cultures and seniority levels
•    Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
•    Growth mindset, AI adoption mindset, curiosity, and a proactive, customer-focused approach
•    Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish, (Essential) Other languages desired, Swedish, Finnish
