Your new role
As Senior IT Process Manager, you’ll drive the optimization and governance of critical IT processes that enable Novo Nordisk’s digital transformation. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our IT operations run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives across our global organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:

-Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT service management processes with a specific focus on IT security aligned with industry frameworks (ISO 27005, ISO27001/27002 or similar).
-Establishing and maintaining process governance, including KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to drive performance excellence.
-Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
-Managing process documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across global IT operations.
-Driving automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions in IT workflows.
-Leading change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new or optimized processes.
-Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and information security policies.

We establish the frameworks and governance that enable thousands of IT professionals globally to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient services. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our digital infrastructure supports groundbreaking research, manufacturing, and patient care.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced IT process professional who thrives in complex, global environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring:

-7+ years of experience in IT process management, IT service management, or similar roles within large, complex organizations.
-In depth knowledge of security process frameworks such as ISO27005, ISO27001/27002, NIST SP 800-53 and OSCAL, with proven ability to adapt them to organizational needs.
-Strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
-Experience working in highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, or similar) is highly valued.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
-Analytical mindset with proficiency in process modeling tools and data-driven decision making.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
-Relevant certifications (ISO27001) are advantageous.
-Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00DKK to 1,091,600.00DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
