Sales Manager B2B – Food Ingredients

As part of a major global food group, they export the vast majority of their production worldwide through an extensive network of international subsidiaries and sales offices.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage and grow industrial B2B accounts: Develop long-term partnerships with industrial customers (especially in the Italian market), driving revenue, volume and margin through strategic account planning and value-added solutions that support the company’s global growth ambitions.
* Lead commercial negotiations and contracts: Take full ownership of pricing, contracts and key commercial terms, ensuring profitable deals that align with production capabilities, supply chain realities and the broader business strategy.
* Collaborate across the value chain: Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Customer Service and Finance to secure delivery reliability, optimize logistics and offer tailored industrial solutions, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Solid B2B industrial sales background: You bring a Master’s degree in business (or equivalent experience) and 5-8 years in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the food industry, with a strong track record in international markets-giving you the platform to quickly become a key commercial driver in this role.
* Commercial and technical acumen combined: You have proven experience negotiating prices and contracts, plus a solid understanding of production, industrial processes and logistics, enabling you to build credible, solution-oriented relationships with demanding industrial clients.
* Strong communication and language skills: You are highly organized, perform reliably under pressure, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Italian is a strong asset that will allow you to excel in this Italy-focused portfolio.
* Based in Belgium or France
