Role Responsibilities
* Drive segment growth and key accounts
* Co-create solutions with customers – Work closely with B2B partners on formulations, applications and new product developments, translating market trends and technical possibilities into commercially successful concepts supported by internal technical experts and field marketing
* Lead projects and collaboration – Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service, smooth order flow and strong execution of strategic initiatives in your segment
Requirements
* Seasoned expert in food & segment sales – University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or related
* Multilingual commercial leader – Proficient in Dutch, French and English, with strong commercial and managerial skills, advanced knowledge of sales operations and project/process management, enabling you to independently manage complex customer portfolios and negotiations
* Data-driven relationship builder – Confident user of ERP and CRM systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that helps you manage key relationships, negotiate contracts and collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, QA and Marketing
