We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, and passionate Account Director with an extensive knowledge of the printing industry to develop their career in an award-winning company.

You will be a commercial thinker and will be responsible for the development of onboarding new clients and ensuring existing clients’ needs are met. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager/Account Director/Client Services Management role within a fast paced environment. You will have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measures.
Key responsibilities Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship Maintain client satisfaction & retention Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets Work closely with the Site Director to agree operational efficiency targets and business objectives Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio Develop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloads
