1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Kensington Immediate Start

Are you passionate about making a real difference to a child’s life ?

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a welcoming school in Kensington . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support and help a young learner thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs Assist with learning activities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging Support with emotional regulation and behaviour where needed Build a strong, trusting relationship to boost confidence and progress Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow tailored support plans
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with SEN (Autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties) Is patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support Is proactive, reliable, and committed to the role Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
