Our client, a leading global innovator in medical devices, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Benelux team. They launched a new capital equipment device and need someone to be the expert on this product. You can take ownership and play a key role in increasing sales within the Benelux territory. The company has a good reputation and long-standing relationships you can build on.

Role Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the capital equipment solution across the BeNeLux region.
* Lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment: drive tenders, manage contract negotiations and act as the key expert for laser technology.
* Partner with hospital stakeholders (urologists, OR nurses, purchasers) to implement solutions: conduct product demonstrations, organise hands-on training, and support installation, operation and maintenance to ensure optimal clinical and economic outcomes.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (paramedical, biomedical, business, technical) or equivalent sales experience
* Multiple years of experience in capital equipment sales in the medical device industry
* Strong understanding of hospital and OR environments, preferably with exposure to urology and laser technology
* Fluency in Dutch, French and English. French can be on a conversational level.
