Account Manager – Veterinary Diagnostics

Role Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth in your territory – manage and develop a defined sales region in West Finland, increasing recurring diagnostic usage while achieving quarterly capital equipment targets to support the company’s mission of advancing animal health.
* Act as a trusted partner to veterinary teams – work closely with clinics and hospitals to understand their clinical and business needs, recommend tailored diagnostic solutions, and train veterinary staff on equipment and workflows that improve patient care.
* Leverage cross-functional support – collaborate with other sales specialists, laboratory operations, and marketing to execute territory plans, maximize customer satisfaction, and represent the full diagnostics portfolio across consumables, devices, and reference lab services.

Requirements

* Proven territory sales expertise – you bring a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years managing an independent sales territory, ideally in veterinary/animal health, human healthcare medical devices, dental devices, or capital equipment, giving you a strong base to excel in this field role.
* Strong commercial and communication skills – you are fluent in spoken and written Finnish and business-level English, comfortable in clinic and hospital environments, and able to independently manage customer relationships while working effectively within a team-selling culture.
* Field-ready mindset and curiosity for diagnostics – you are willing to travel extensively by car (with occasional overnights and weekend events), can meet the physical aspects of the role (including lifting up to 60 pounds), and are eager to develop your knowledge of veterinary medical device diagnostics and the full product portfolio.
