We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Copenhagen Brand Center – a flagship destination where brand, product, and consumer experience come together.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a strong retailer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leading people, and is driven to deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll do:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store and its commercial success. You will:

-Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
-Deliver a premium consumer experience by leading from the front on the sales floor
-Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve high performance and engagement
-Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
-Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store communication
-Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong execution of policies and procedures
-Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and service levels
-Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and development of store team members
-Build a strong team culture with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities
-Collaborate with District and Retail teams to drive business success and share best practices
Who you are:

-A passionate retailer with solid experience in store management and leading teams
-A strong leader who leads by example and thrives on the shop floor
-Commercially driven with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
-Skilled in analyzing performance data and turning insights into action
-A natural coach who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
-A true brand ambassador who lives and breathes the adidas values
-Fluent in English (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
