Job Overview
* Role: Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator
* Location: Netherlands (Limburg), International Headquarters
* Nature of Role: Dynamic and varied workload involving English-language administrative and operational tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Support: Serve as a key contact for internal departments and external customers
* Coordination: Manage customer requests, orders, complaints, and visits
* Logistics: Assist with operational and planning tasks related to order logistics
* Administration: Take ownership of assigned administrative duties and ensure structured follow-up across departments
* Project Management: Manage individual tasks and projects to ensure smooth execution
Candidate Profile & Requirements
* Language: Native-level English is mandatory
* Experience: Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service is required
* Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
* Mindset: Proactive, independent, flexible, and solution-oriented
* Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
