Technicien Service Après Vente (SAV) H/F

Secteur Lyon / Lyon-Ouest 

MISSION :

Rattaché au Responsable Service après-vente, le technicien SAV (H/F) assure le support technique de notre gamme de solutions d’emballage chez nos clients (industriels, logisticiens, acteurs du e-commerce etc.), à travers les activités suivantes :

-Installation et mise en service de nos solutions d’emballage.
-Entretien préventif & curatif des équipements.
-Promotion des ventes de services et suivi (contrats de maintenance, pièces détachées).
-Rédaction de rapports de visite, enregistrement dans notre CRM.
-Gestion de vos activités en autonomie.
 

PROFIL :

style=”list-style-type:square”-
-De formation type Bac+2/+3 Technique (ex électrotechnique, maintenance industrielle).
-Vous avez également développé une première expérience significative en maintenance industrielle ou idéalement en SAV.
-Méthodique, vous êtes à la fois organisé, flexible et réactif pour faire face aux variations de charge de travail ou aux urgences clients.
-Doté de bonnes qualités de communications écrite et orale, d’un bon relationnel et d’une sensibilité commerciale.
-Vous savez travailler en équipe tout en faisant preuve d’autonomie et d’initiative.
-Outre la maîtrise du Pack ‘Office (Excel…), un bon niveau d’anglais parlé et écrit serait un plus.
 

Les interventions en clientèle (trajets et présence chez les clients) représentent 90% du temps de travail.
