Job Title: Architectural Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Norths leading RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning design services to the commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technologist.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across various sectors
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience is desirable
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
