Your role

-Provide personalised hands-on support
-Help customers build confidence and independence
-Support daily living skills, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies to ensure successful move-on opportunities
-Work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes
-Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices
 

Your skills

-Experience in a similar care and support role, ideally with vulnerable people
-Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs
-Empathetic and non-judgemental attitude
-Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
-Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
-NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
-Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
