Your new role
As a Quality Control Professional in our Market Release laboratory, you will play a vital role in ensuring our oral products meet the highest quality standards before they reach patients. This is a broad QC support position where you will work across teams, contribute to compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in a collaborative and social environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring GMP compliance and implementation of regulatory requirements across quality control processes
-Supporting SOP updates, control chart reviews, and serving in editor/reviewer roles for critical documentation
-Working cross-functionally to provide support to the department’s chemists and collaborate across teams
-Participating in improvement projects and implementing new workflows using LEAN principles
-Adapting your scope of responsibilities based on your competencies – from general QC support tasks to more advanced assignments depending on your experience
-Troubleshooting and enhancing working procedures to ensure optimal analytical performance
Your new department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Within CMC & Product Supply, you will join the ET-DP-MSAT & QC department, which consists of 5 teams and approximately 70 employees responsible for delivering reliable analytical results and providing analytical support to internal customers. We work systematically to ensure high quality and timeliness so our oral products reach patients worldwide. The team operates in a highly social and collaborative environment where we continuously work on process improvements. Your contribution will significantly impact Novo Nordisk’s tablet production. We are committed to ensuring a smooth onboarding – you will receive a warm welcome from your manager, and be paired with a colleague mentor who will guide you through your individual training plan.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a Quality Control Professional who thrives in a flexible environment and is passionate about delivering quality work.
You will bring with you:

-A degree as a Pharmacist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or similar
-A structured approach to tasks with an unwavering focus on quality and attention to detail
-Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the willingness to reach out and build networks across teams
-Adaptability and the ability to succeed in a role where the quality of your work is paramount
-A positive attitude and proactive mindset that enables you to actively contribute to problem-solving and foster a healthy working environment
-Proficiency in written and spoken English (Danish language skills are considered a plus)
Nice to have:

-Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, including work with deviations, laboratory investigations, and change requests
-Knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UPLC)
-Experience with Empower and gLIMS
