* SATs Support: Opportunity to work in a school with a proven track record of Year 6 success and robust moderation practices.

* Collaborative Planning: Join a Year Group team that shares the workload-no “silo” working here!

* Professional Growth: Access to CPD focused on upper-primary mastery and leadership transition.

We want to hear from you if you:

* Are Qualified: You hold QTS (Early Career Teachers / ECTs are encouraged ).

* Are Curriculum Savvy: You have a strong grasp of the KS2 National Curriculum, particularly in core subjects like English and Maths.

* Are a Strong Communicator: You can explain complex ideas in a way that clicks for 7-to-11-year-olds.

* Are Safe: You are 100% committed to safeguarding and promoting the emotional wellbeing of your pupils.

Your Core Responsibilities

* Plan & Deliver: Create challenging, engaging lessons that push students to reach their full potential.

* Analyse: Use data and assessment to identify gaps and provide targeted interventions (especially for Year 6).

* Inspire: Lead a classroom where students feel empowered to take risks and think critically.

* Engage: Maintain strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s academic and social progress.
