Product Line Manager – Service

Overview

The Service Product Line Manager drives the development and delivery of innovative service solutions for international and GCC markets. This role owns the global service strategy and roadmap, ensuring the success of the service portfolio through revenue growth, margin optimization, and strong customer attachment rates. The position works closely with R&D, product management, and business teams to bring new offerings to market and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the global service strategy, introducing new offerings and optimizing existing services.

Drive revenue, margin, and service attachment rates across the installed base.
*

Develop business cases for service offerings, ensuring profitability and alignment with customer needs.
*

Manage the full service lifecycle, from introduction to growth, maturity, and discontinuation.
*

Support regional teams in executing campaigns and initiatives (e.g., technology refresh, AI solutions, upgrades).
*

Gather and act on Voice of the Customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
*

Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain service collateral and catalog content.
*

Establish global pricing guidelines and optimize recurring revenue streams.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in product or solution management, including roadmap definition, offering development, requirements validation, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
*

Strong technical knowledge of services and software solutions.
*

Experience in service and product business management, with solid understanding of service business models, ideally in medical imaging or related sectors.
*

Experience in enterprise solution marketing and management.
*

Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to influence both senior leadership and frontline teams.
*

Global mindset and business acumen; international experience is a plus.
*

Solid understanding of financial and marketing principles.
*

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Experience

3-5 years in the medical device industry delivering customer-focused solutions.
*

At least 3 years of client-facing experience.
*

Proven track record in increasing service attachment and conversion rates.
*

Demonstrated ability to define and launch new software solutions or service offerings to market.
