Customer Service Representative – German Market 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Back Office) to join our Shared Services team in Poznan. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our quotation, order, and complaint management processes while working closely with internal departments (manufacturing, logistics, sales) and regional CSR teams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, international environment, has a good eye for detail, and likes coordinating processes across different teams.

Your responsibilities:

-Support Kennametal customers in Germany – only emails 
-Create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes)
-Work in partnership with Customer Service Team in Germany and Barcelona

-Use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Esker
-Demonstrating a proactive attitude 

Your profile:

-1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Back Office, or a similar role
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
-Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
-Good command of German and English (spoken and written)
