Your
new role
 

As a Security Partner for Finance, Legal and Global Solutions (except Corporate Facilities), you will develop and implement information security risk management strategies that protect our most vital business processes. You’ll be the trusted security advisor who ensures information security risks are identified, assessed, and managed according to Novo Nordisk strategies, industry standards and best practices.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

-Creating comprehensive overviews of information security risks 
in SAP 
technology
 
and driving mitigation efforts aligned with strategic business objectives

-Developing and implementing information security risk management frameworks within your Line of Business in accordance with Global Information Security strategy

-Acting as the focal point and subject matter expert lead for Global Information Security within your assigned business area

-Leading security tracks for major strategic projects, ensuring security is embedded where it matters most

-Building awareness and fostering a security-conscious culture across Finance, Legal and Global Solutions

-Providing consolidated input on information security risks to DD&IT risk reports, including target setting, mitigation plans and stakeholder alignment

-Mentoring senior colleagues within information security, offering sparring sessions and training to elevate team capabilities

Within this area, the Global Information Security function works to protect Novo Nordisk’s most critical assets through strategic security partnering. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and Global Solutions stakeholders to ensure security is integrated into business strategy from the ground up, enabling the business to operate securely and efficiently.
 

Your skills & qualifications
 

We’re looking for a seasoned security professional who thrives on strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement. 

You’ll bring with you:

-MSc/BSc (or similar) with 10+ years of experience within Information Security, IT Security, IT Systems or 
SAP 
IT Infrastructure
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Relevant information security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CISSP-ISSEP demonstrating your technical credibility
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Proven experience defining and executing information security plans that implement risk-based approaches to information security
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Strong ability to define, lead and drive initiatives independently, with demonstrated deliverables that provide clear business value to management and stakeholders

-Exceptional communication skills to address and influence senior management, combined with strong Novo Nordisk business understanding and customer focus
 

style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-A high degree of independence, integrity and decisiveness when dealing with complex security issues, balanced with a pragmatic approach that engages stakeholders effectively

-The ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under pressure while maintaining high-quality output and meeting agreed deadlines.

-Good understanding of 
SAP platforms is essential to this role and is preferred.
