Field Applications Engineer – Power Solutions
Location: Italy (with travel across Europe)

As a Field Applications Engineer (FAE), you’ll be the technical bridge between groundbreaking power solutions and the engineers driving innovation in some of the world’s most advanced industries.
What you’ll be doing

-Partner directly with customers and channel partners to develop new business and uncover design opportunities.
-Capture technical requirements, translate them into architecture, and work closely with product teams to deliver the best solutions.
-Act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, guiding them through schematic reviews, design challenges, and system-level problem solving.
-Deliver technical seminars, product trainings, and hands-on lab support to accelerate customer adoption.
-Support demand creation through distribution partners by qualifying opportunities, providing application expertise, and ensuring a smooth path from first design to design win.
-Travel 30–50% of the time to meet customers face-to-face, build relationships, and drive innovation forward.

What we’re looking for

-A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with 5+ years in power supply design, analog design, or applications engineering.
-Solid knowledge of analog circuit design and a track record in solving complex technical challenges.
-Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus.
-Hands-on technical skills, from lab evaluations to schematic reviews.
-Confidence presenting to both technical and business stakeholders, with excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
-Experience working with distribution partners and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
-A proactive, self-driven personality – someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results.
-Willingness to travel regularly across the region (clean driving license required).
