Manage critical IT systems that ensure our life-saving medicines meet the highest quality standards and reach patients safely.
Your new role
As a System Manager within our GxP environment, you will take ownership of a portfolio of 10-15 IT systems that are essential to our device design documentation and quality operations. You will be the expert and trusted partner who ensures these systems operate flawlessly while driving continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the operation and maintenance of GxP and non-GxP IT systems across departments, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GAMP, 21CFR Part 11 and internal quality standards
-Serving as the single point of contact for system users, managing expectations and providing escalation support to ensure optimal system performance
-Identifying and implementing new requirements for existing IT systems, facilitating risk management work and ensuring systematic reviews of lifecycle management and security patching
-Leading small upgrade projects and participating in larger IT and compliance projects to drive operational excellence
-Ensuring all system documentation, validation documentation and instructions are created, maintained and audit-ready
-Representing IT systems during audits and inspections, handling system documentation and IT requirements for GxP critical systems
-Developing and negotiating vendor service level agreements, following up on deliveries and services to secure the best support for our systems

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced IT professional who combines technical expertise with quality mindset and strong stakeholder management. You will bring:
-A relevant technical or Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience, preferably with background in automation in production or large-scale IT systems
-10+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
-Hands-on experience with production IT projects and administration of IT systems in regulated environments
-Quality-minded approach with strong analytical skills and structured work methods
-Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a high sense of responsibility
-Fluency in written and spoken English, Danish is an advantage
