Your new role
As our new Equipment Responsible, your days will be highly varied and impactful. You will be As our new Equipment Responsible, your days will be highly varied and impactful. You will be part of the equipment support team responsible for securing stable performance for a variety of equipment in our HRT bulk tablet production facility – ensuring that the medicines patients depend on are manufactured to the highest standards
Among your main responsibilities, you will:

-Optimize, maintain and validate equipment to ensure consistent, reliable performance
-Take full ownership of specific equipment and ensure it is ready for production at all times
-Handle incidents, change requests, deviations and improvement projects with a systematic approach
-Apply A3 problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures
-Drive optimization projects that enable us to meet the growing demands of the future
-Work in close collaboration with different professional groups across production and technical teams
-Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with GMP regulations
You will not be on your own in this journey. In ET SDF DK HRT bulk, we make a great effort to ensure you get the best possible start. You will go through a comprehensive introductory course, and a colleague from your team will act as your mentor and guide you through your individual training plan.

Your position as Equipment Responsible is part of a team responsible for tablet production, where we focus on production for the market and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with other teams in the Bulk area. We are a team that values both technical excellence and a social, relaxed atmosphere – because we believe great results come from great teamwork.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an Equipment Responsible with a scientific background and excellent collaboration skills. You will bring with you:

-An academic degree within mechanical engineering, marine engineer or similar
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
-Good IT skills for managing equipment systems, experience with SAP is an advantage
-Fluency in both Danish and English
-A systematic approach and strong quality mindset to ensure GMP compliance
-Experience working with change requests, requirement specifications, validation and testing, as well as deviations will be an advantage
You will work closely with different professional groups, so good collaboration and communication skills are highly valued. On a personal level, you are result-oriented, good at planning and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player with a good sense of humour and that you can motivate others around you, as our team prioritizes a social and relaxed atmosphere.
