Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dorset
Rate: GBP250 per day
IR35 Determination: Outside of scope
Contract Length & Working Pattern: Ongoing contract, with ad-hoc work.
The Role: If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. We are seeking a qualified professional to service an ongoing and ad-hoc workload in the Dorset area.
Your portfolio will consist of a mixture of commercial and residential properties. You will be required to conduct management surveys as prescribed in HSG264 and take any necessary samples for suspected ACMs. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately documenting each property through relevant photographs and notes taken in-situ.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* You must have the P402 qualification (or UKATA / RSPH equivalent).
* You must have proven experience surveying both commercial and residential building types.
* This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to be highly experienced in working under your own initiative and must be confident in designing and executing your own work schedules.
