In this role, you will focus on German payroll administration and HR operational support, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery. Key Responsibilities

Manage German payroll operations by coordinating with external payroll providers, preparing payroll inputs, and reviewing outputs to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Oversee statutory obligations including tax, social security, pension, and insurance payments while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and internal compliance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, and vendors) to resolve payroll queries, support process improvements, and maintain clear payroll documentation.

Requirements

Several years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within an international or multi-country environment (German HR/Payroll needed).

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience working with HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools.
